Office jurisdictions, contact details and facility locations can change. This page explains how to find the current office without relying on a stale district map or an unverified address list.
Find the ESIC office that handles your matter
- Start from the ESIC Regional Office, Kerala site or the national ESIC portal.
- Use the contact or office information currently published there, or contact the office shown in your establishment or insured-person records.
- For a benefit or medical-service question, ask the assigned branch office or dispensary which route applies. For employer registration, contributions or an inspection notice, use the office and instructions displayed in the employer portal or notice.
- Before visiting, confirm the address, appointment or document requirements directly. Do not rely on an old third-party directory, search snippet or map listing.
What to include in a query
State whether you are an employer or insured person, describe the issue, identify the relevant contribution or claim period, and provide the establishment code or Insurance Number only through an official channel. Keep the acknowledgement, ticket number and any documents submitted. Avoid sending Aadhaar, bank details or medical records to an unverified email address.
Kerala facilities and treatment
ESIC’s hospitals, dispensaries and empanelled providers have different roles and service scopes. The assigned facility and referral process depend on the insured person’s record and the medical service requested. Check the latest facility directory, referral instructions and any hospital agreement validity with ESIC before travelling or scheduling non-emergency treatment. Empanelment does not guarantee that every specialty or procedure is available to every beneficiary.
For emergency care, seek urgent treatment first and contact ESIC as soon as practical to confirm the applicable reporting and claim process. Do not assume that a private-hospital bill will automatically be reimbursed.
Employer records and filing
Most routine employer functions are handled through the current online services. Follow the live portal instructions for establishment registration, employee records, monthly contribution data, payment and corrections. Historical paper-form instructions and office jurisdictions may not describe the current workflow. Keep accepted returns and payment proof with the payroll records.
